1. Quarry/Material Sources
Aggregate Base Material shall be selected from approved sources in accordance with spesification
2. Crushing at Stone Crushe
Material that have approved, transported to stone crusher for crushed purpose. Excavation by using excavator and transportation by using Dump Truck.
3. Mixing
Mixing shall be done by using Excavator at location of Stone Crusher. All aggregate shall be free from organic matter and lumps of clay or other deleterious matter requirement as shown on Spesification.
4. Transportation
Crushed Stone that have been mixed transported to site by using Dump truck.
5. Spreading
The granular sub-base material shall be placed in uniform layers so that the compacted depth does not exceed 15 cm. Spreading by using Motor Grader.
6. Compaction

6. Compaction
Immediately following final spreading and smoothing, each layer shall be compacted to full width by compactor. Rolling shall gradually progress from the low to the high point of the cross section, parallel to the centerline of the road, and shall continue until all the surface has been rolled.
Any irregularities or depressions that develop shall be corrected by loosening the material at these places and adding or removing material until the surface is smooth and uniform. At all places not accesible to the roller, the material shall be compacted by using hand stamper. The material shall be both bladed and rolled until a smooth, even surface has been obtained.
